Sean L. Branigan, Esq., is a former Federal Employee with the Honorable Jack Bissell, Chief New Jersey District Court Judge. Sean Branigan, esq. was also a criminal defense attorney with the State of New Jersey as well as a family attorney for the State of New Jersey.

Omar K. Qadeer, Esq., earned his Law Degree from Roger Williams University School of Law, as well as a Masters in Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University and a Masters in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. 


Sean Branigan, Esq., is a renowned expert in criminal and municipal law. Mr. Branigan is recognized as an aggressive and effective litigator. Each client's case is treated with exceptional care and attention.
Mr. Branigan received his J.D. degree from New York Law School. After successfully completing the bar exam, Mr. Branigan joined the State of New Jersey first as a criminal defense lawyer, then a family lawyer. This experience gave Branigan a wealth of trial experience. Mr. Branigan has authored several opinions on the subject of criminal law while working in Federal Court under the Honorable Judge Jack Bissell, Chief Federal Circuit Judge.

Mr. Branigan is active in a number of professional organizations including the New Jersey Bar Association, a member of the Montclair Society of Contracting professionals, Delta Upsilon Fraternity, and a member of the A.O.H. Division 9. Mr. Branigan treats every client with respect and integrity.

Omar K. Qadeer, Esq., joined Branigan & Associates shortly fter getting admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2009.  As an associate partner, Mr. Qadeer practices family/divorce law, immigration and criminal defense.  Mr. Qadeer earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he gained experience as a student attorney in the school's Community Justice Law Clinic, working on child support, custody and divorce cases.  Through his law school career, Mr. Qadeer also worked as an intern for the Office of the Executive Counsel for the Governor of Rhode Island and part-timed as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Stephen P. Erickson of the Federal District Court in Newport, Rhode Island.  Mr. Qadeer also interned at Rhode Island Legal Services, where he gained experience in a number of different fields, from consumer/bankruptcy law to family and tax law.  Before coming to New Jersey, Mr. Qadeer worked as a legal intern and law clerk in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, respectively.  

In addition to his law degree and various experiences, Mr. Qadeer also has a Masters in Criminal Justice (MS) from Roger Williams University and a Masters in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.  Mr. Qadeer completed his undergraduate education from the University at Buffalo in Psychology and graduated with distinction, being awarded high departmental honors for his work in the Department of Psychology's Honors Program.
