Shelley Prebenda, esq. Shelley G. Prebenda, Esq. earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit in 1986, where she earned  academic honors and interned in Federal District Court.  Ms. Prebenda currently practices Family Law extensively and is highly skilled in the areas of Divorce, Child Support, Custody, and Visitation issues, Alimony, and Domestice Violence.  She has extensive experience dividing and allocating marital property in highly contested divorce matters and has represented numerous high-profile clients throughout the New Jersey Superior Courts.  While raising her six children, Ms. Prebenda focussed her efforts on numerous Child Advocacy projects:  She served for several years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Morris County as well as a Court-Appointed Volunteer for Youth.  She also served on the Executive Board for the Montgomery County Foster Parent Association in Pennsylvania prior to relocating to New Jersey, and devoted many years to the Foster Care system as a dedicated foster parent.

Ms. Prebenda's practice also includes Muncipal and Juvenile matters.  The Office of Sean L. Mr. Macdonald earned his J.D. degree from Boston College School of Law. Before joining Branigan and Associates, Mr. Macdonald worked as an associate partner at Daniel Green & Associates. He specialized in immigration. He is practices immigration for Branigan & Associates.
